Noctilucent Clouds explained

Noctilucent clouds (NLCs) are clouds found in the Mesosphere (50 miles or 82 km) above Earth’s surface. NLCs are for the most part composed of ice crystals and meteor dust, however cloud formations in this atmospheric layer seem to have been effected by CO2 and methane emissions.
